At Chabros we are proud of the products we carry and encourage customers to take time to shop with us, enjoy the ambience of the store and be sure of their purchases, however, we recognize that at times there may be an impulse purchase here or there as our products tend to draw you in. If you wish to exchange an item, we grant a period of 7 days after the delivery when certain conditions stipulated at the time of the purchase are maintained.
We understand that you may occasionally wish to exchange your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.
We do not accept:
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
- Make sure you return your products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Double-check that you’ve included the original invoice that came with your order.
